Forbes once named this one of Europe's best wines under $20 — made by two brothers still carrying on their parents' 1970 dream in the Marche hills.
Grape Varietals & Region: A 50/50 blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese from the Marche hills around Offida, where proximity to the Adriatic and vineyards sitting around 300m up create the region's signature freshness.
Taste Profile: Ruby red with purple shades. Black cherry, blackberry and plum up front, with a savoury lift of spice and earthiness. Medium-bodied with light tannins and refreshing acidity — the kind of juicy, uncomplicated red that begs for a second glass. Good with most weeknight cooking.
Winemaking Process: Fermented and macerated to preserve fresh fruit character, following the same organic practices used across the Ciù Ciù estate.
Winemaker: Ciù Ciù was founded in 1970 by Natalino and Anna Bartolomei; today brothers Massimiliano and Walter Bartolomei run the 150-hectare organic estate near Offida. Bacchus is one of their most decorated everyday wines — Forbes included it among Europe's ten best wines under $20.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
