Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Nebbiolo from the Cannubi vineyard of Barolo, Piedmont
This is undoubtedly Barolo's most famous vineyard. The soil composition and the vineyard's perfect southern exposure give the grapes grown here an extraordinary uniqueness. Here, both Tortonian and Helvetian soils blend seamlessly, along with a significant percentage of sand, yielding an extraordinarily harmonious wine
Taste Profile: Freshly cut flowers, mint, crushed red berry fruit, orange peel, salt and dried herbs are some of the many notes that grace this exquisite, wonderfully nuanced Barolo from Chiara Boschis. Sweet floral and spice overtones build into the finish. The precision here is unreal
Winemaking Process: The wines undergo gentle maceration with a few daily pumpovers, and are then racked into oak, where it ages for a minimum of 2 years of maturation in oak barrels and approximately 1 year of bottle aging.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
