Bruno Rocca "Cadet" Langhe Chardonnay 2023
A Barbaresco Nebbiolo specialist's rare detour into white wine.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay grown in the Langhe hills of Piedmont, Italy, on vineyards belonging to the Bruno Rocca estate — a family winery based in the heart of Barbaresco and best known for its Nebbiolo.
Taste Profile: Straw-yellow in colour with a complex aroma of sweet, spicy acacia honey, fruity melon, golden apple and pineapple, with a green undertone of broom and a subtle mineral note. Savoury and well-balanced on the palate, with spicy notes, a touch of sweet tobacco, and a persistent aftertaste.
Winemaking Process: Fermented for 15–20 days at 15°C, then matured for 12 months — 80% in stainless steel and 20% in French oak barrels.
Winemaker: Bruno Rocca founded his eponymous estate in Barbaresco, building a reputation on precise, terroir-driven Nebbiolo from crus including Rabajà. Cadet is the house's lighter-hearted white-wine side project, made with the same attention to sustainable viticulture and traditional technique the family applies to its reds.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
