Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Chadonnay, Gruner Veltliner & Sauvignon Blanc, from vines planted in clay-rich soils from two vineyards in Burgenland, Austria - Lichtenberg-Rosalia & Altenberg-Gols
Taste Profile: Lively, engaging, complex. Exotic fruit aromas go hand in hand with notes of herbal tea and ripe citrus on the nose. Supported by firming tannins and a vital acidity, it makes its way flush and directly over the palate. Despite a profound body, always remains precise and elegant. Ends cool, straightforward and yellow fruity
Winemaking Process: The grapes are pressed together, then macerated for 20 days on the skins and then followed by a spontaneous fermentation. Aged for 8 months in 1000 litre-sized amphora

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
