The Claus Preisinger Dope is a super fun rosé. Red fruits, low in tannins and acidity, tiny sparkle and a bit of funk in the nose.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Blaufrankisch from Burgenland, Austria. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically on mainly limestone soils
Taste Profile: Reddish pink hue. Complex aromas come through like raspberry, smoky thyme, and white pepper. Lively clean palate, with crunchy red fruit in the background. Bright but soft acidity, light tannin and berry aftertaste
Winemaking Process: Fermented spontaneously using low-intervention, aged for 8 months in amphora. Undergoes malolactic fermentation. Not filtered and little SO2 added at bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
