Vino Volta Methode Ancestral Chenin Blanc 2021

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chenin Blanc, sourced from an old Swan Valley vineyard planted on loam & sand.

Taste Profile: This lightly sparkling pet-nat has an aromatic nose of white grapefruit pith, lemon sherbet, desert lime (a sweet-skinned native citrus), and white lilies. On the palate, the tart fruit and florals continue with a clean, linear, zesty line. A white rock minerality shines through too— a fun but complex, easy-drinking sparkler.

Winemaking Process: The fruit is whole bunch pressed to create the base wine, which them ferments in bottle to naturally bubble

Youthful & Spritzy Sparklings
