Taste Profile: It is lush and persistent, with a sapid mid-palate and layers of spice and textural complexity. Very good. It remains bloody and mineral, characterized by savory tannins, pink peppercorns, nori, gravel and dried herbs, with pomegranate molasses, redcurrant and a hint of goji berry to boot. The tannins and the fruit are as one: the wine isn't encased by tannin, as so many are, rather, it IS tannin, in that the tannin exudes from its very core, like rays of sunshine
