Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Muscat of Alexandria from Carinena in Aragon, Spain. D.O.P. Cariñena, North-east of Spain. Altitude from 600 to 800 meters, Continental Mediterranean climate, scarce rainfall below 250 liters, cold and dry wind called Cierzo. Rocky and poor soils.
Taste Profile: This wine has a gold yellow colour, due to its aging process with the lees. The nose is very expressive and intense. It is very rich in aromas, like white blossom (jasmine), litchi, mango, candied peach, honey, some citrus notes and mineral hints at the end. The mouth is smooth and dense. Deep tropical, exotic and bone fruit perform along the mouth. The aftertaste is very rich and pleasant.
Winemaking Process: The fruit is picked late, and is aged for 6 months with its lees in oak
