One of the only examples of Tibouren, as a varietal expression. Shares a lot of similarites to Grenache, with a distcintly (yet gentle) Mediterranean herbal touch. The winery is credited with saving Tibouren from extinction; they're the only winery allowed to have it on the label
Grape Varietals & Region: Tibouren, with a small percentage of grenache, from Provence, France
Taste Profile: An easy drinking, elegant red. Light, transparent red color. Nose is lovely, spicy, full of red berries, with notes of raspberries, strawberries, garrigue and nutmeg. Mouthfeel is lovely, light, elegant, with smooth powder-like tannins, nice acidity and notes of raspberries, strawberries, garrigue and nutmeg, with a long, spicy finish.
This textured, balanced Mediterranean wine will make you reevaluate preconceived notions about reds from Provence. Great with a slight chill.
Winemaking Process: After an early morning manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts ten days, with twice-daily pump-overs. After fermentation, the wine is racked into foudres, where it ages for 4-6 months before bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
