Bellingham Wines
The Bellingham story starts in 1693 when Hollander Gerrit Janz van Vuuren and his French Huguenot wife planted the first 1 000 vines on the estate, then known as Bellinchamp (‘pretty fields’). It then passed from family to family until 1943, when Bernard and Fredagh Podlashuk purchased the somewhat derelict farm, set about restoring the manor house, gardens and vineyards and effectively pioneered the modern renaissance of the Bellingham Estate in Franschhoek.
Tatsumi Distillery
Tatsumi Distillery is an incredibly unique distillery that was established by Shohei Tatsumi as a one-man operation in 2017. The distillery was opened in a renovated ironwork building and is located on a bank of the Innaki River in the heart of Gifu Prefecture, a quaint town at the foot of the Japanese Alps.
Æblerov
Æblerov is an organic cidery that has its home in Beauvais' old sourdough factory in Svinninge in West Zealand. It collaborates with Denmark's most skilled organic growers to transform fruits and berries into crisp ciders, second-generation fruit wines and drinkable mash-ups that blur the lines between cider, beer and wine.
Porter's Gin
Made in a bar, not a boardroom. Porter's Gins are created in a forward thinking micro-distillery in the basement of a cocktail bar in Aberdeen, Scotland.
