Bolney Estate
Bolney Estate’s story began in 1972 when owners and founders Janet and Rodney Pratt purchased the land and began their vineyard journey. Almost 50 years later, Bolney Estate is the producer of award-winning red, white and sparkling English wines. Bolney Wine Estate is located on the edge of the South Downs, about 14 miles from the UK’s South Coast, and comprises of five unique vineyard sites. The vineyard team works hard throughout the year to care for the vines. Sam Linter, daughter of the founders, Janet and Rodney, heads up the winemaking team. Pierre has always been an avid lover of Burgundian cuisines and wines, and his gastronomic wines pay homage to this. He also hails from a family of negociants with exceptional relations with reputable grape growers all over the region. Their expertise in grape growing, winemaking and elevage has led them to the success we know today.
Moscato Paolo Saracco
Castiglione Tinella: in the heart of the Moscato d'Asti. The Saracco family has produced this aromatic wine in this area since the early 1900s and cultivating their own vineyards, which is an important part of the process, creating a link with the ideal terrain for growing Moscato grapes.
