Owen Latta is an exciting young Victorian winemaker who is quickly putting Ballarat on the vinous map with his range of funky and dangerously slurpable wines
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Grigio from Victoria, Australia
Sourced from long term growers the Lacey Family located over Tarrington way in far south west Victoria
Taste Profile: There’s spiced pear and yellow-plum characters, lemon rind, a raft of soft spice and a lovely textural and mineral-laden flight across the palate. Crisp, detailed and cracking drinking
Winemaking Process: The fruit was half whole bunch pressed, and half destemmed for skin contact for about a week. All of the wine is fermented & raised in various casks of 228, 300, 500, 600L 1500L formats, plus stainless, Left to rest for 9 months on full lees undisturbed, it’s then racked & estate bottled

Same Day Delivery is possible for orders between Tuesday - Sunday, and is conditional on whether we have the wines available at our storefront. Look out for products listed here
Select "Local Delivery" shipping option upon checkout, and orders made by 6PM would be able to be delivered same day

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
