Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Teroldego from Trentino, Italy. The fruit comes from a cooler vineyard that characterizes it's fresher & juicier style.

Taste Profile: Intense aromatics, silky tannins, with cherry fruited goodness right to the forefront. A vibrant line of acidity keeps things crisp and fresh - all up, very easy and pleasing to drink.

Winemaking Process: Destemmed whole berries are put in clay amphorae for spontaneous fermentation & matured for eight months before bottling
