Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from the Nuit Saint Georges appellation of Burgundy, France. This label comes from a parcel of old vines grown on deep, chalky soils.

Taste Profile: An intense wine with elegant tannins on floral notes, with luscious accoents of small red fruit.

Winemaking Process: The must ferments spontaneously. Cap punching & pumping over are carried out, and the wines are racked off to French barrels, of which are no greater than 25% new.
