Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Teroldego from a selection of vineyards in Campo Rotaliano in the Trentino subregion of Veneto, Italy. The Campo Rotaliano is a sandy, gravelly plain historically regarded as the best site for the variety

Taste Profile: Elegant & compact wine. Characterised by red fruit. The Foradori Teroldego has grip and, thanks to a combination of acidity and substance, exerts a lot of pressure on the palate. Despite its dense texture, it has an animating effect.

Winemaking Process: The fruit is hand harvested and undergoes spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks. It continue to mature of r 12 months in cement tanks before bottling
