Grape Varietals & Region: Produced from fruit planted in the Camí de Felanitx vineyard, it is a 100% Prensal Blanc varietal from the Vi de la Terra Mallorca region of Spain
Taste Profile: This is a fine, light, delicate wine with a salty, savoury finish. On the nose there predominate hints of white fruit, apple and pear.
Winemaking Process: After hand harvesting, the fruit is pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is thenmatured on lees before bottling

Often associated with coastal regions or limestone based terroir, these wines are characterised with crisp acidity, mineraiity, citrus tones, with a hint of grassiness
