Taste Profile: Beautiful glistening red with aromas of fresh fruit like pomegranate, cherry and strawberry. The palate entices with the powerfulness of its tannins and its very aromatic expression
Winemaking Process: 60% whole cluster and 40% destemmed grapes are filled into concrete tanks. Fermentation for about 30 days on the skins and then pressed in an old basket press. After pressing, the wine is transferred back into 33Hl concrete tanks. The wine is left for 8 months on the lees and then racked to another concrete tank for an additional 4 months to settle clean
From Barolo to Bordeaux, these wines are steeped in tradition. The style covers a broad spectrum of flavor profiles, but tend to be elegant and structured and can be cellared for a long time.
These wines often have savoury tones of earth, bell pepper, tobacco, cassis, and are often medium to full bodied, with long finish & structured palattes
