Taste Profile: Ripe cherry-coloured red with a medium-low colour intensity. The nose is very intense, with notes of cherries, currants, blueberries, earthy notes, mushroom and white pepper. The palate is frank and medium-bodied, very fresh and with crisp tannins. Medium and persistent finish.
Winemaking Process: They practice manual and selective harvesting, meticulous sorting & destemmed, and ageing for 24 to 30 months while embracing organic and biodynamic principles
