Taste Profile: Fine effervescence with a golden yellow color. Fruity and floral aromas accompanied by notes of bread & yeast. The wine is persistent on the palate with well-balanced acidity and a long finish.
Winemaking Process: The wine is made using the champagne method, and is aged in bottle on lees for approximately 7 years. The base is made with wine that has undergone partial malolactic fermentation
