Bodegas Zifar Senda de los Olivos Crianza 2019

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Tempranillo from the vineyards of Esquera de Duero, Roa y Quintana El Pidio in Ribera Del Duero, Spain

Taste Profile: Very marked with aromas and a good balance of fruit and wood, where the vanilla tones are mixed with well-ripened fruit, blackberries and wild fruits. Very slight hints of leather and liquorice that result from the mixture of French oak wood and the aromas inherent in this variety of grape

Winemaking Process: Pre-fermentation maceration in a refrigerated chamber at 5ºC for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place partly in wooden containers and stainless steel. Then the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels
