Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a Napa Green Certified vineyards in the south eastern edge of the Oak Knoll district in California, USA.

Taste Profile: Berry punch like nose with hints of cinnamon and dried savoury Mediterranean herbs. Velvety, supple and quite full on the palate with flavours of strawberry & raspberry jam, fig, brown sugar, earth and baking spice. The long finish is bold and dry.

Winemaking Process: 24 months of ageing in 30% new French oak barrels
