Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Maconnais region of Burgundy, France. The estate has been biodynamic since 1998, and the fruit comes from 35-year-old vines planted on the stony, chalk-rich "Les Crays" vineyard
Taste Profile: A vibrant nose of cherry, raspberry, and rhubarb, accented by herbal notes, wild red fruits, and a touch of spice. High-toned and fresh with a "silky mouthfeel" and an intriguing balance. It features a strong mineral backbone (chalky/stony) and light, fine tannins.
Winemaking Process: Harvested by hand & fermented using semi-carbonic maceration with whole clusters and native yeasts. It matures in old wooden vats or neutral barrels for 10 to 12 months

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
