Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Fiano from 20 year old vines. From Salento, Puglia.

Taste Profile: Bright straw yellow. Intensity on the nose in aromas of peach, melon, herbs and pine, which translate to the ripe, medium-bodied palate. Warm and soft, zesty acidity on the palat accompanied by anice freshness. Pleasant floral note that persists on the finish

Winemaking Process: Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, and aged in tank before release.
