Grounded Wine Co. Steady State Cabernet Sauvignon is a delicious and complex wine from Napa Valley. It is made from a blend of grapes grown in three different vineyards, each with their unique terroir. The resulting wine is rich and bold, with aromas of dark fruit, chocolate, and espresso.
The winemaking process involves handpicking the grapes and fermenting them in small batches. The wine is aged for 22 months in French oak barrels, which adds complexity and structure to the final product.
The name "Steady State" refers to the balance between the vineyards that contribute to the blend, creating a consistent and harmonious wine year after year.
Powerful modern reds with the ability to age. They tend to be very intense, with ripe fruit, firm tannins & drinkability either young or cellared.
They often have notes of forest floor, blackcurrant, mint & eucalyptus
