Partida Creus BN is an entry level skin-contact white that is super light and drinkable. Light, briny and savoury hay aromas. Fresh and precise palate with its high acidity, mouth watering salinity and the density of a skin contact wine. Orange peel citrus, savoury briny juice and a saline minerality.
Blend of 90% Macabeo and 10% Caroixa Vermell. The fruit comes from biodynamically cultivated vines in the Penedés region of Cataluna, Spain. The vines grow in clay and limestone soils.
Hand harvesting and total destemming of the fruit. Brief skin contact maceration, fermentation with native yeasts. No filtering, fining or additional sulphites.
From the limestone character of Sancerre to the green, herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc of Marlborough, this style group often shows off cut grass and wet stone. Often associated with coastal regions or limestone based terroir, these wines are characterised with crisp acidity, mineraiity, citrus tones, with a hint of grassiness
