Delinquente Wine Co Pretty Boy is a fun, playful and yet complex wine from the Riverland region of Australia. It is made from the Nero d'Avola grape, which is originally from Sicily, Italy. The wine has a bright ruby color and exudes aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and black pepper. On the palate, it is juicy and vibrant, with flavors of cranberry, pomegranate, and a hint of cinnamon spice. It is a great wine to enjoy with a light meal or on its own.
The grapes for this wine are handpicked, and the winemaking process is natural, with minimal intervention. The wine is fermented using indigenous yeasts and aged in old French oak barrels for four months, which adds subtle complexity to the wine without overpowering its bright and fruit-forward nature.
