Taste Profile: The Satȳr de Marsyas is an immediately approachable and friendly style of Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium ruby red in appearance, on the nose you find youthful aromas of black currant, plum, anise, mint and pencil shavings. The palate is medium bodied with fine tannins and tender flavors. On the finish the wine is fruity and refreshing.
