Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Carignan from Carinena in Aragon, Spain. Altitude from 600 to 800 meters, Continental Mediterranean climate, scarce rainfall below 250 liters, cold and dry wind called Cierzo. Rocky and poor soils.
Taste Profile: Wine of cherry red color, clean and bright appearance. The nose has a medium intensity with clean and powerful aromas. Strong varietal character in which black fruit and floral aromas are mixed with toasted and spiced notes from the oak aging. On the palate the wine has a soft attack, wide. Persistent finish with a good freshness.
Winemaking Process: The wine aged for 8 months in oak
Powerful modern reds with the ability to age. They tend to be very intense, with ripe fruit, firm tannins & drinkability either young or cellared.
