Taste profile: Creamy and decadent, on the nose we have intermingled aromas of baked apple, honeyed apricot and white blossom, before flavours chamomile tea and peach

Winemaking Process: The must is partially (60%) fermented (whole bunches) and matured in Qvevri amphora
