Formerly known as Chapter 7, The English Whisky Co's rum-cask matured whisky brings together the distillery's fruity spirit and grain-forward character with sweet, rum-infused oak. This small batch whisky that has been aged for 5 years is malty with fresh oak on the palate and salty and dry on the finish.
