Domaine Chicotot Nuits Saint Georges Village "Papillon De Nuys" 2020
A bottle that pays tribute to the gardens & orchards in the otherwine monotonous vineyards surrounding the wine village. It pays tribute to the old name of the village, "Nuyts", before being renamed at the end of the 18th century
Grape Varietals: 100% Pinot Noir, from a wide range of plots around the Nuits Saint Georges. The average age of the vines is 85 years
Taste Profile: An intense wine with elegant tannins on floral notes, with luscious accents of red fruit.
Winemaking Process: After a few days of pre-fermentation maceration (5–6 days), fermentation takes place over about 15 days, without adding yeast. The cap-punching and pumping over operations are carried out as necessary to preserve all of the wine's elegance without excessive extraction. After pneumatic pressing and several days in vats, the wines are racked off by gravity, with the proportion of new barrels no greater than 25%.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
