Taste Profile: Clean pale straw color with a slight green tinge. Aromas of apples, lemon blosson, quince & custard. Fresh & clean on the palate, with notes of passionfruit, lemon curd, apple and green mango
Winemaking Process: Harvested & immediately pressed without crushing to retain delicate aromatics. Fermented separately at cool temperatures for a month in stainless steel, with some lees stirring for added texture
