Grape Varietals & Region: A Pinot noir from the Bannwarth's vineyards in Obermorschwihr in Alsace, France
Taste Profile: A Blanc de Noir of sorts, it's aged extensively to pick up toasty, nutty flavours and a hint of oxidation as well. It's a bold wine, marked by floral and herbal aromas and profound nutty, savoury, umami characteristics on the palate, whilst still keeping a fresh acidity.
Winemaking Process: The grapes were pressed slowly overnight, left to rest outside in cuve for around six months and then transferred to old barriques for a further four and a half years of ageing, with no topping up.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
