100% Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Italy. The NeroBaronj vineyard has black clay for soil. These vineyards are down the hill from the town of Avola, and it is here where Nero d’Avola originated

Taste Profile: Ruby red, with intense, deep violet reflections. Aroma of tart wild berry, chalky mineral, wild herbs, citrus, blackberry. Soft with high acid on the palate with fruity notes

Winemaking Process: Long maceration on skins in stainless steel, wild ferment, native yeast. Aged for 2 years in 255L and 500L barrels and 1+ year in bottle
