Les Vignes de Paradis "Léman Quintessence" Chasselas 2019
A négociant project built on old Chasselas vines planted in the 1990s, tucked into the tiny Crépy appellation by Lake Geneva.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chasselas from vines in the Crépy AOC near Lake Geneva, planted in the 1990s with a western exposure, growing in glacial moraine, molasse and silt soils.
Taste Profile: Charming and organic, with pear, lemon and hints of pineapple over a steely mineral backbone. Medium-bodied with pronounced acidity and a lingering finish.
Winemaking Process: Sourced as a négociant project from growers within the Crépy appellation, vinified to preserve the site's natural mineral character.
Winemaker: Les Vignes de Paradis is the project of Dominique Lucas, who works both his own Haute-Savoie vineyards and select négociant fruit like this Crépy Chasselas, drawn from vines old enough to show real depth in a variety more often prized for freshness than complexity.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
