L.A.S. Vino "Fuck Him" Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
A wine made in defiance, poured slightly chilled, with proceeds going to the Red Cross in support of Ukraine.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River, Western Australia β a region built its reputation on polished, Bordeaux-style Cabernet, grown on gravelly loam over ironstone and cooled by Indian Ocean breezes. L.A.S. Vino takes that same variety and pulls it somewhere unexpected.
Taste Profile: Served chilled, itβs delicate, elegant and perfumed, with flavours of cherry, Campari, rhubarb, cranberry and forest floor β a world away from the typical Margaret River Cabernet.
Winemaking Process: Fermented and matured across amphora and barrique for 10 months prior to bottling. Drink it slow.
Winemaker: L.A.S. Vino β short for Luck, Art, Science β is the label of Nic Peterkin, grandson of the late Diana and Kevin Cullen of Cullen Wines and son of Mike Peterkin of Pierro. After an oenology degree in Adelaide and a stint flying-winemaking around the world, he came home to Margaret River determined to make wines the region hadnβt seen before, aiming, in his words, to be "the best at being different."

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine β as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why youβre not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.Β
