Description

Cantina Giardino RE Vino Rosso 2020

100% Aglianico. The fruit comes from old vines in Montemarano, high in the hills of Campania. Vineyard work is done by hand, organically and a combination of great farming and low yields results in healthy, characterful fruit.

Taste profile: is a simple, pure and charming wine that is effortless to drink. Savoury complexity on the full-bodied palate with notes of black fruits, olives, herbs and brine.

Winemaking process: Destemming of the bunches. Fermentation on skins for 10 days. Ages for 9 months in chestnut barrels. No fining or filtering before bottling.
