Franklin & Sons Rosemary Tonic Water with Black Olive is an award-winning tonic that has a gentle aroma. It is perfect with both sweet and savoury spirit selection. The bitterness of the olive and the light effervescence of the tonic water beautifully balance the sweeter notes, typical in fortified wines such as Sherry, Port and vermouth or mixed with herbaceous gin. Marries delightfully with Mediterranean-style gins and ties impeccably with herbaceous sweet vermouths, or Oloroso Sherry.

Staffordshire spring water is combined with essences from rosemary and black olives, along with the finest British sugar beet and quinine. The tonic water is then carbonated to the highest level possible to lift the flavours of the spirit it is paired with.
