Vineyard Spotlight
Illahe Vineyards
At Illahe, their goal is to make wine as naturally as possible from soil to bottle. They work by hand on small lots with age-old techniques and materials. Some of the wines are made entirely by hand, with no electricity or modern mechanization.
Two Rivers
Two Rivers of Marlborough takes its name from the rivers that feed the heart of Marlborough's renowned Wairau and Awatere Valleys.
Maison Ruinart
The House of Ruinart is unlike any other. It was the first established House of Champagne in 1729 and the winery respects the environment and the safeguarding of biodiversity are top priorities. Each grape harvest has a unique character fashioned by the terroir, its soils and sub-soils and the climatic conditions of each year, as the berries ripen and their specific aromas are released.
Felton Road
Felton Road is built on a philosophy to get out there to explore different wines and try new things. “Maybe that is a dangerous thing to post in a place where many of the readers will be our loyal customers. But there’s more to life than Felton Road”.
