The Chardonnay is aged in French oak, adding subtle complexity and depth, while the Sémillon contributes a bright, zesty character. The result is a lively wine with a crisp, clean finish. Carbonated for an elegant and refreshing bubbles.

Winemaking Process: The Chardonnay based is matured in French oak, while the Semillon is matured in stainless steel. The wine is then blended and carbonated
