Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Cote Chalonnaise of Burgundy, France. It is sourced from 70-year-old vines in Chassey-le-Camp.
Taste Profile: Delicate floral notes (rose) combined with red and black fruits, pepper, and subtle earthiness. Some tasters note hints of leather and "animal" notes typical of natural fermentation.
Fresh and vertical with high acidity and a "velvety" texture. It features flavors of cherry, wild raspberry, and plum framed by fine-grained tannins
Winemaking Process: A low-intervention approach featuring spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, whole-cluster inclusion, and aging for 10 months in neutral oak barrels.

David and Naïma Didon have settled in an old farm in Chassey-le-Camp in the Côte Chalonnaise. Using biodynamic principals, the vineyard is ploughed by horse, and they are completely hands off in the cellar

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
