Aphros Phaunus Pet Nat 2021
A wine "made in silence" with harvest by hand in the early morning and no electricity used at any point in the process.
Grape Varietals & Region: 50% Loureiro, 50% Arinto. The fruit comes from vineyards in
Vinho Verde, Portugal, planted with the native Loureiro variety. The vineyard uses biodynamic agriculture with permaculture techniques, avoiding chemical products that could harm the natural balance of the terroir
Taste Profile: Aphros Phaunus Pet Nat is a light, refreshing and pleasant sparkling wine. Floral nose with hints of lemon citrus, minerals and herbs. Fine bubbles on the palate with a vibrant acidity and persistent citrus flavours accompanied by a hint of sweetness
Winemaking Process: Manual harvesting of the fruit. Maceration on skins before pressing. The resulting must goes through fermentation in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts at 14–16°C. Fermentation concludes in the bottle without yeasts or added sugars, and disgorging takes place 5 months later

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
