Wolf & Woman Old Vine Pinotage is a rich and complex wine made from grapes sourced from old vines in the Swartland region of South Africa. The vines are grown in decomposed granite soils, and the warm, dry climate of the region allows the grapes to fully ripen while maintaining their acidity.
The grapes were handpicked and sorted before undergoing a cold soak for two days. The wine was then fermented using wild yeasts and aged in old French oak barrels for 12 months before bottling. This process results in a wine with a deep ruby color, with aromas of dark fruit, black pepper, and a hint of oak. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with flavors of ripe blackberry, plum, and spice, with a long, smooth finish.
Wolf & Woman is a family-owned winery, run by husband and wife team Andries and Yoko Burger. They are committed to sustainable and organic farming practices, and believe that great wine starts with great grapes. Their Old Vine Pinotage has won numerous awards, including a Gold Medal at the 2021 Old Mutual Trophy Wine Show.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
