Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Riesling from the Ayler Kupp in Saar, Germany

Taste Profile: This hay-yellow-colored wine offers a rather subtle and very complex nose made of earthy spices, pear, apricot blossom, a hint of date, cream, and smoke. It proves very subtle and elegant on the palate, where a touch of zest brings the right kick to the complex creamy and fruity flavors. The finish is subtly racy, delicately creamy, and, above all, hugely satisfying. This is a great under-toned but complex expression of Spätlese in the making.

Aromatic & Floral Whites

A lot of the wines in this category comes generally come from higher altitude or cooler climate regions, and often have bright acidity, balanced with fruitiness that cam come with or without some level of sweetness.

They general have perfumed floral, honeyed & spice notes. For fuller bodied styles, they often have an oiliness to them
