Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of old vine Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling & Pinot Blanc from 2 vineyards in Stara Hora, Czechia
Taste Profile: When the 2015 juice (their first edition of this wine) was fermenting, its aroma was super reminiscent of juniper berries and its slightly bitter aftertaste made it taste like tonic water. As a result, everybody in the winery was constantly tasting it on barrel, and it earned “GinTonic” as a working title scribbled on the barrel, and the name stuck ever since
Winemaking Process: The grapes are hand-harvested, foot stomped and left to macerate on skins for 2 days. Gently pressed for 23 hours. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in 3000L Stockinger oak barrels, where it then lays undisturbed for ~3 years on its fine lees. No fining or filtration, 3 ppm sulfur added at bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
