Riesling from two of Kamptal's steepest primary-rock sites, left to speak for the soil rather than the winemaker.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Riesling from the Wechselberg and Gaisberg vineyards in Kamptal, Austria — steep, weathered primary-rock (gneiss) sites that ripen slowly and hold onto acid even in warm vintages, which is exactly why Kamptal growers fight over them.
Taste Profile: Lime, white peach and wet-stone minerality up front, tightening into a long, saline, high-acid finish — energetic rather than showy.
Winemaking Process: Hand-harvested and fermented with minimal cellar intervention to let the Wechselberg and Gaisberg fruit do the talking; bottled without heavy fining or filtration.
Winemaker: Martin Arndorfer runs his family's Kamptal cellar with his wife Anna, balancing classic, site-driven bottlings like this Riesling against more experimental skin-contact work elsewhere in the range.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
