Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Gamay grown on steep, high-altitude slopes (around 500 metres above sea level) in the village of Marchampt, situated in the southern Beaujolais region of France. Because the wine is made with zero additives and falls outside conventional appellation rules, it is classified under the Vin de France (VdF) designation. The vineyards feature distinct soils composed of granite, schist, and volcanic rock.
Taste Profile: A light, vibrant, and highly perfume-driven natural red wine. Leads with an energetic, fresh profile defined by aromas of bright red berries, sour cherry, and a hint of wild spice. On the palate, it feels incredibly fluid, light, and "crunchy" with juicy, high acidity, minimal tractor compaction giving the wine great lift, and well-integrated, soft tannins. It offers a wild, unadulterated purity that shows excellent terroir transparency.
Winemaking Process: Crafted using strict biodynamic and low-intervention principles by winemaker Hervé Ravera. The steep vineyard soil is manually turned using only a horse and a pickaxe to avoid heavy machinery compaction. Grapes are hand-harvested, meticulously sorted, and undergo a 10-day spontaneous semi-carbonic maceration in whole clusters using indigenous yeasts. Vinification takes place entirely in concrete vats with zero oak contact, no temperature control, and zero mechanical manipulation like pumping over or punching down. The wine is bottled by hand unfiltered, unfined, and with completely zero added sulfites (SO2).

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
