Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Arinto from Lisboa, Portugal. Grown on limestone & clay soils

Taste Profile: Beautiful skin contact wine made in collaboration between Hugo Mendes and Miguel Nunes. Nose of citrus fruit with touch of saline character, on the palate fresh and elegant with ling savoury orange citrus finish.

Winemaking Process: Spontaneous fermentation, macerated on skins for 6 months before pressing

Lush & Tropical Whites

Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.
