Ghost Rock Supernatural Pinot Noir 2025
Ghost Rock is a cornerstone of Tasmania’s Cradle Coast, founded by the Arnold family and instrumental in shaping the region’s reputation over the past two decades. Today, the estate is led by second-generation winemaker Justin Arnold alongside his wife, Alicia Peardon.
The vineyards sit on varied expressions of volcanic clay, from loam to sand, carefully farmed to manage vigour and preserve balance. The result is a quietly confident range of wines that reflect both site and season: precise, cool-climate expressions shaped by experience rather than ego.
The Supernatural labels are their natural series - Nothing added, nothing taken away, these are 'natural' drops made in small volumes
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Cradle Coast, Tasmania. Comes from a blend of Ghost Rock vineyards, across 9 different clones. Vines were rigorously leaf plucked mid-seaon for canopy and fruit exposure, resulting in further concentraion of flavour.
Taste Profile: Notes of black Black cherry and raspberry with lashings of spice and a subtle touch of oak. Lifted aromatics continue to be the hallmark of their Supernatural Pinot Noir.
A delicate palate with chewy tannins and always present plush fruit spectrum. Vibrant natural acidity keeps the flavours singing.
Winemaking Process: Fruit was picked based on clonal ripeness. Ferments were encouraged to begin spontaneously by our native yeast population. This slow take off allowed for natural cold soaking to occur. The vats were hand plunged daily until just dry, when they were drained, pressed, and put down to seasoned French oak barrels. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfites added at bottling.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
