Domaine Dumien-Serrette St Peray "Grand Gachet" 2021
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Marsanne from the tiny appellation of Saint-Peray, south of Cornas in Rhone, France. The family planted vines in 2017 in ‘Grand Gachet,’ a ridiculously steep incline south of the village, completely surrounded by forest on granite & gore soils.
Taste Profile: Aromas of wildflower, verbena, lemon zest, crushed stone, light pepper. Medium-bodied; fresh melon with citrus highlights. Mineral-infused finish.
Winemaking Process: Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in tank, and aged in tank

The wines are a throw-back to a style that is found less and less today, made the old fashioned way. Now run by Nicolas Serrette, the Dumien name has been part of the Cornas history as far back as 1515, and bottled under their own name in 1983

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
